Jett: Can you introduce us a little bit about Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop?

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop:  Located in convenient location which is nearby industrial zone and residential area, it is comfortable for customers to go shopping at the mall.  More than that,  the bike shop is right in the middle of gate A and B, that helps customers easily find the store and have opportunity to try bikes before they buy. We have been trusted by thousands of customers for more than 3 years since first opening in Nov 2014.

Jett: What kinds of merchandises does Bình Dương AEON Bike Shop have?

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop:  We offer variety of bicycles (eg: Kid bikes, urban bikes, MTB, folding bikes, and electric bikes, etc.), together with various cycling accessories such as helmets, gloves, lights, fenders, as well as kickstands, and also other products like bicycle chain lubricant, chain lube or chain oil from Vietnam and international brands.

For the Jett Cycles brand, we provide many items including bikes and accessories. Jett kids’ and city bikes belong to our top hot items every month.

Jett: Who are frequent customers of AEON Binh Duong Bicycle Shop?

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop: For located in a shopping mall, everyday various types of customers come visit our store. We are also glad to be a reliable partner of several companies looking for cycling products for their staff on special occasions.

Jett: What is your differentiation compared to other bike shops? 

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop: As you know we are located in a golden spacious location in the mall where people are free to try bikes before they make purchasing decision. More than that, we offer customers not only great service to customers but also various promotion programs monthly. Especially, we have the ‘Loyalty Program’ offering extra 5% discount on whatever orders for customers with membership cards on 5th and 20th monthly.

Jett: Do you offer bike service? 

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop:  Yes. There are 2 types: Standard and Upgrade packages

– Standard: Basic maintenance & readjust as neccessary

– Upgrade: Full-bike maintenance

Customers are recommended to get the bike serviced regularly so they can have it run smoothly. In other words, keeping the bike in good condition helps improve cycling experience and the longevity of the bike.

Jett: Is there any promotional program recently?

Binh Duong AEON Bike Shop: Yes. We are having promotion for kid bikes in this March which is sale up to 10% for kids’ applied in all AEON Bike stores nationwide.
