Jett: Hi Hoàng Anh, can you make a short introduction about Mr.Biker Saigon?

Mr.Biker (H.A): We have been working in bicycle industry for more than 5 years with the first bike store in Bình Chánh district, HCMC. However, ‘Mr.Biker Saigon’ brand name was officially introduced to public from May 2015. Despite young name and business, we are always learning to improve knowledge and skills in order to provide the best services to our valuable customers..

Recently we just opened a new store applying a new business model in D1, HCMC in last October, 2017. Located in convenient place – on Võ Văn Kiệt street – where there are lots of people riding together every morning, weekends or at nights, in the style of bike cafe shop we expect this store will become one of the ideal places for bike lovers gathering for bike service and chitchat  with friends in the nice coffee shop in bicycle atmosphere.

Jett: What kinds of bicycles do you have in Mr.Biker Stores?

Mr.Biker (H.A): We have all kinds of bikes & cycling accessories from Jett Cycles. Moreover, we also provide other products from premium brands. People can have a look and go shop online at bikeshopsaigon.com.

Jett: What is the differentiation of your bike shops from others in the market?

Mr.Biker (H.A): One of our special things is that we offer professional ‘bike rental service’ which we are proud to offer our customers as we know exactly what they need, what kind of bikes they are looking for, and which bikes are suitable for them.

In addition, we are also a favorite place for not only bike lovers but also travellers, especially professional tour guides and tourism students. They usually come visit us to share their knowledge, and inspiration with each other about travelling-by-bike experience.

Jett: Who are your frequent customers?

Mr.Biker (H.A): Everybody. Indeed, we offer various kinds of bikes from kid bikes to city bikes, road bikes and MTB, etc. , so our customers vary from the toddlers (around 1 yr old) to youth and the elders who would love to improve their health and feel interested in riding bikes.

Jett: Do you want to send any message to people about reasons to buy and use bicycles?

Mr.Biker (H.A): Cycling is an easy and healthy sport suitable for most people, and also good for environment. It is interesting to realize that travelling by bike is sometimes faster than by motorbikes or cars especially in rush hours. Moreover, commuting by bikes brings you a new way to see the streets, daily lifestyles and especially you might have more interesting experience if you join a bike tour.
