When did you open your store and become Jett’s dealers?

Rideplus 168VTS: Our store opened on April 4th, 2014 at 168 Vo Thi Sau St., Dist.3 HCMC. 

Why did you choose bicycles?

Rideplus 168VTS: I think bike industry is the potential market. It’s becoming more popular in Vietnam now with full assortment of bicycles and this is as well as a recommended sport which doctor and trainer advise to play. That is the reason we would like to be in this industry. 

Which products categories / models are you selling?

Rideplus 168VTS: We sell all the bike categories from Jett. Besides that, we also sell the accessories and components such as: SRAM –USA, GT- USA, CANNONDALE- USA, BLACKBURN – USA, SCHWALBE – German, GIRO – USA, CLARKS – Britain, BELL- USA which are exclusive distributed by Jett. What bike technology has most impressed you in the last 5 years Or What is the future for this type of business?

Rideplus 168VTS: I have impressed with Hydroforming Tube Sets technology. Hydroforming allows you to finely tune each tubes shape, both inside and out, to give it the characteristic and strength we need without adding weight from external gussets and welding.

What is the strangest thing a customer has ever asked you for?

Rideplus 168VTS: “I would like to buy a bike can run as fast as motorbike.”

Which types of service or loyalty programs do you currently offer?

Rideplus 168VTS: We usually do promotions to attack more customers as lucky draw, Buy Cannondale/GT bike and get Sony headphone, celebrate the children’s Day with giving away Lego toys… Besides our experienced sales team and technicians could offer the customer professional services.

Why should people choose to buy from you opposed to other stores?  

Rideplus 168VTS: Worldwide brand name, good quality, professional services and warranty programs are our strength.
