Our guest today is Mr.Trung, founder & CEO of Thế Giới Xe Đạp(TGXĐ).

Jett: Can you give brief introduction about TGXĐ?
TGXĐ (A.T):  Owning a small bike shop used to be my dream many years ago, but now after first store opening in April 2017 we have had 2 stores so far in Vung Tau, providing many cycling products from domestic and foreign brands.

Jett: Do you plan to expand your retail business with the 3rd store and more?
TGXĐ (A.T): Yes, I intended to build TGXD as a big bicycle retail chain and am going to open 1 more store in Vũng Tàu in the near future in hope of bringing more convenience for people to shop and have their bikes serviced.

Jett: What types of merchandises do you have?
TGXĐ (A.T): We offer most kinds of bicycles suitable for most customers from children to youth and adults.

Jett: How about the main product categories?
TGXĐ (A.T): MTB, Urban and Kid bikes are 3 types of bikes that most of our customers feel interested. Beside that, lights, locks, and helmets are items that they usually look for when they buy bikes.

Jett: Do you offer any bike service package?
TGXĐ (A.T):  Sure. We usually recommend our customers bring their bikes to the stores once a month no matter how far they have ridden so as the mechanics can help them check and tune up the bike for bikes’ stability and longevity. The basic service is totally free for any of our customers.
