Jett: How long have you been in bicycles business?
TBS: Although the Bike Shop is only 1 year old, our team has more than 40 years experience in the cycling industry. We still learn new things about bikes everyday.
Jett: Why do you choose bicycle?
TBS: We have always loved bikes, they are wonderful machines and good for your health.
Jett: Which bicycle categories do you specialize in?
TBS: We have something for everybody. From Mountain bikes to City Bikes, From Folding bikes to Fixxies, From Kids to Custom.
Jett: Which Jett products categories /models are you selling?
TBS: We stock the entire Jett, Cannondale, GT and Tern range of bikes and accessories. We are also a Sram 1:1 center.
Jett: Why do you choose Jett?
TBS: We chose to work with Jett as a partner for many reasons. Great value for the money and awesome bike designs is just a part of the reason. We really also like to work with the staff of Jett. Very nice people to work with and very professional. Our companies work in true partnership together.
Jett: What is the most unique/special things of your shop?
TBS: The Bike Shop has the ability to design and manufacture world-class custom bikes for our clients. Not many shops in the world can say this. Our other unique ability is to understand the needs of beginning riders as well as elite riders.
Jett: What bike technologies have most impressed you in the last 5 years?
TBS: The strength to weigh ratio of the newest high modulus carbon bicycle frames and components makes bike lighter and stronger than ever before.
Jett: How has the bicycle business changed in Vietnam since you first opened your store, and how do you think it will change in the next 5 years?
TBS: Bicycling, for health and for fun is definitely becoming more popular in Vietnam. It will just continue to become more popular over the next 5 years and beyond.
Jett: What is the strangest thing a customer has ever asked you for?
TBS: Can you put a baby seat on my full suspension mountain bike? Asked customer.
