Jett: How long have you been in the bicycles business?

KS: I became a bike enthusiast when I was young. I spent time learning about bikes and then in 2013 I decided to start my own business with the opening of the Hue store.

Jett: Why did you choose bicycles?

KS: Nowadays, the trend for healthy living and exploring ones enviorment is growing and I want to be part of that. Bicycles have been, and continue to be, my passion and I enjoy the customer and people associated with this business.

Jett: Which bicycle categories do you specialize in?

KS: We specializes all range of bikes and accessories distributed by Jett. We focus on the range from 8mil to 50mil.

Jett: Why did you choose Jett?

KS: Counterfeit and imitation goods compete unfairly with genuine products in this market. I was looking for a supplier that valued quality, genuine products and could offer a stable supply backed by good service. Jett is the company I was looking for.

Jett: What’s the most unique or special thing at your shop?

KS: Genuine products guarantee, after-sales service and customer focus is what we pride ourselves on.

Jett: What bike technology has most impressed you in the last 5 years?

KS: Bike, especially MTB is attracted me at the first time. During the past few years, I truly impress with Sram 1:1 drivetrain technology. From this base, the new outstanding technology from Sram such as X-SYNC, Exact Actuation, Roller Bearing Clutch. I have never seen a rear derailleur change so fast, stable and accurate like Sram does. I will bring to Hue’s community of bike enthusiasts these technologies for their experience.

Jett: How has the bicycle business changed in Vietnam since you first opened your store, and how do you think it will change in the next 5 years?

KS: The bike brings a lot of benefits to you. Riding bring not only health but also helps you go to the new place, relieve stress of your busy life. Riding bike is not like the other sport as badminton, tennis which is required a partner to play as well as rental yard. You can ride whenever you love to. In the future, I think that this sport will be a tendency for people to choose and K’store will come along in all activities to develop cycling in Hue.
